Nicki Gardiner graduated from the Australian Film and Television School with a BA specialising in Production Design.  She has since worked extensively across films and TVC’s as a Production Designer and Set Decorator.

Nicki’s most recent credits include the critically acclaimed feature films Lion directed by Garth Davies and produced by See Saw Films as Set Decorator, 2.22 Directed by Paul Currie as Set Director and Gods of Egypt directed by Alex Proyas as Set Decorator and the yet to be released Hotel Mumbai directed by Anthony Maras as Set Decorator. Her work on Lion has been nominated for the Art Directors Guild – Excellence in production Design Awards for her role as Set Decorator.

Nicki was one of the main Set Decorator’s on the multi-award winning Mad Max Fury Road directed by George Miller and production designed by Colin Gibson.

Nicki’s extensive feature film credits range from small to big budget movies including The Railway Man, The Tree, Knowing, Superman, Anacondas, Peter Pan and The Matrix. 

Nicki is a well respected Production Designer for TVC’s consistently working with select directors and production companies including Jungle, Goodoil Films and Revolver.

Her production design short film credits include the recently produced The Defector directed by Scott Mannion and Aunt Maggie directed by Leah Purcell.

Nicki has recently completed work on the feature film Guilty directed by Matthew Sleeth and produced by Savage Films as Production Designer.
